Making reservation you got cancellation and refund rules described in your personal reservation agreement.
Final invoice will be issued and mailed to Guest within 10 (ten) business days after checkout or booking cancellation day.
Any payment which was made for any reason and not foreseen by final invoice will be refunded within 10 (ten) business days after final invoice was issued.
